I was able to attend the Reading North Reading Chamber of Commerce event at Public Kitchen Reading this past Wednesday night and got to meet the new Chamber Executive Rob Miner. It was great to see fellow small business owners, some of whom are also Reading residents, and see how things are going for them. I heard a story from one of them, that the Chamber got created because officials attempted to block the (now) car wash from going in during the 80’s. I couldn’t find that in the minutes though. Michelle, the owner of Public Kitchen, was a great host and the food was phenomenal!
